Shanghai Seventh People's Hospital is located in the Waigaoqiao area of Pudong New District, adjacent to the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. It is a Grade III Class A integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital that combines medical treatment, scientific research, and teaching, with health management and rehabilitation as its characteristics. It is an affiliated hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The hospital was founded in 1931 by Shanghai notable Du Yuesheng. After more than 80 years of development, the hospital now has a building area of over 80,000 square meters with 730 approved beds.
