Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University, was built in 1958 and is the Third Clinical Medical College of Capital Medical University and the location of the Beijing Institute of Respiratory Diseases. It is a Beijing municipal tertiary Grade-A hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and prevention, and a Class A designated medical institution under Beijing's medical insurance. The hospital currently operates at two locations, covering a total area of 102,800 square meters with a building area of 210,000 square meters, employing over 4,300 staff members, with 1,900 beds and 59 clinical and medical technology departments.
