I. Hospital Overview: Shijingshan District Wulituo Hospital was founded in 1976 and merged with Shijingshan District Mental Health Institute in 1996, responsible for undertaking the district's mental health community healthcare, outpatient, inpatient treatment, and inpatient rehabilitation. As Wulituo Community Health Service Center, it undertakes the six-in-one function of community health services. The hospital's medical premises area is 3,740 square meters, with 800 square meters of green space. (I) Mental Health Functions: 1. Community Management: Under the leadership of Beijing Mental Health Institute and Shijingshan District Mental Health Work Leading Group, it is responsible for the district's mental patient community management work, establishing a three-level mental illness prevention and treatment network at district, hospital, and grassroots unit levels, screening mental patients throughout the district; providing free medication to "three-no" and economically disadvantaged patients; conducting business and professional technical training for full-time and part-time personnel at grassroots units (hospitals, enterprises, streets, etc.) and mental patient community rehabilitation work. 2. Outpatient Treatment: Operates mental health specialty outpatient and psychological counseling outpatient clinics, ensuring routine treatment work for mental patients, providing diagnosis and treatment for general mental patients, and psychological health counseling for healthy populations. 3. Mental Patient Inpatient Treatment: Opens 200 beds to provide effective treatment for mental patients during onset. Mainly using drug therapy and psychotherapy, supplemented by music therapy and recreational therapy, promoting patients' ability to return to society.
