About
Changping County Hospital's predecessor "Changping County Public Medicine Society" was established in Shangkou Village, Changling Township in 1946 and moved to Changping County Town on December 12, 1948. It was renamed "Changping County Health Center" in March 1949 and "Changping District Hospital" in 1957. Changping County Hospital is a Grade III comprehensive hospital with the longest history and largest scale in the county, serving as the center for medical treatment, emergency care, research, teaching, and prevention for the county. It is responsible for medical emergency work for over 400,000 people in the county and undertakes teaching and internship tasks for Beijing Higher Specialized School and Changping Health School. The hospital has 793 staff members and 447 beds, with complete departments including 30 clinical and medical technology departments.
