It officially opened in October 2000. The hospital has 23 clinical and medical technology departments. Clinical departments include respiratory medicine, cardiovascular medicine, neurology, gastroenterology and endocrinology, general surgery, neurosurgery, urology, orthopedics, gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, dermatology, emergency department, and anesthesiology.
